QUALITY CONTROL & INSPECTION

At Sourcing Axiom (SOAX) , we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. Our rigorous quality assurance process in garment manufacturing is designed to minimize defects, enhance productivity and efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize customer satisfaction. We conduct quality control at multiple stages throughout the garment production process.

Our Sourcing aXiom QC team ensures that seams and stitching are neat and durable, and that all products meet consistent size and quality standards. They assess quality and fit from the development sample stage, through the PP meeting, inline inspections, and final inspection. Our Quality Control Inspectors maintain detailed records of all products checked and often perform statistical analyses to ensure consistent high quality.

Third-party garment inspection plays a crucial role in ensuring the top-notch quality of our products. Achieving 100% quality without inspection is impossible. Inspection helps us prevent mistakes before they occur. If a minor mistake does slip through, inspection allows us to identify it and take necessary steps to prevent future occurrences. Delivering a quality product to our customers involves two key areas: Prevention and Control. Our Quality Assurance (QA) team handles the prevention aspect. Guided by customer standards, they set quality benchmarks and oversee all pre-production work, including fitting and styling details. This preventive approach is further reinforced by in-house and third-party testing labs, which ensure that all required testing procedures are completed before production begins.

Fabric and Raw Material Checking:

Initial Fabric Inspection: Examination of incoming fabrics and raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards before production begins.
Raw Material Testing: Verification of the quality and specifications of trims, accessories, and other raw materials to confirm they align with buyer requirements.
Color and Shade Matching: Detailed checks for color consistency and shade matching across different fabric batches to maintain uniformity in the final product.
